MASTER YOUR INFLUENCE is a two day program designed to understand the fundamentals of communication. Did you ever wonder why it seems people don’t understand you, that you’re not achieving your outcomes or people just seem to be on a different wave length?

 

Whether you’re a parent, a business owner, an employee, a student, in a relationship or interact in any way shape or form, we all influence other people. Most of the time we do this unconscious and in a way that we prefer, in a way that we were thought by our environment.

 

To become a master in influence it’s key to become conscious of the ways how you communicate with others and how others like to be communicated to in a way that feels natural.

The power of influencing is the most valuable skill you can have. Why? Because it is the difference between winning or losing, between success and failure, in business and in your personal life.

COACHING FOR SUCCESS

COACHING FOR SUCCESS is a program for participants to explore and understand concepts of coaching; to develop a ‘tool kit’ of coaching tools and techniques enhancing self-awareness and awareness of others linked to Leadership and sustainable development.

Delegates will have the opportunity to; enhance knowledge, share best practice hints & tips within the group, practice skills & techniques, evaluate individual performance of where they are now & development areas going forward

 

By the end of this course participants will have:

 

  • Explored the benefits of Coaching
  • Understood what Coaching is and how it aligns with Business by comparing Managing and Coaching
  • Understood how people process information and communicate at a deep level; when/how to intervene with Coaching
  • Explored Coaching models layered with various techniques to establish Outcomes, Reality Options and Commitment
  • Practiced by putting learning into action throughout the 2 days
  • Considered what they currently do and commit to what they will take to action / do differently

PRESENTING WITH IMPACT

PRESENTING WITH IMPACT is a program where delegates learn how to present with impact, to wow the audience and stand out. Leaving them wanting for more. Topics that will be covered in these two days include:

  • How to impactful use your communication (body language, tonality, words)
